The famous Garage Building has been a retail and restaurant establishment since 1972. It is located on J.F.K., Dunster, and Mt. Auburn Streets. We are working to rebuild “The Garage” and invite you to look at what’s been approved thus far at https://91mtauburn.com/.
We are uncertain when demolition/rebuild will begin, and until then we have tenants that have been with us for many years. Recently, we have partnered with UpNext and welcomed several vibrant pop-up businesses on the second floor too.
